Since Jose was a bit shorter than both his 6 foot costars, they nominated him as the group mascot, which was a fitting title. Jose is an amateur comedian, and his large repertoire of jokes never ended during our week together, keeping everyone (especially Pietro Rosselli) in a fit of laughter. In real life, he is a dancer, and was flexible enough to get into positions which would be impossible for anyone else.
